Flutiways OX Nasal Spray is a combination nasal spray containing Fluticasone Furoate and Oxymetazoline. It is used to relieve nasal congestion and allergy-related nasal symptoms.
Fluticasone Furoate reduces inflammation inside the nasal passages, while Oxymetazoline rapidly reduces swelling of the nasal blood vessels to help open blocked nasal passages.

How to use FLUTIWAYS OX NASAL SPRAY 70 MDI
Use Flutiways OX exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
- Gently blow your nose before using the spray.
- Shake/prepare the spray according to the product instructions.
- Keep your head upright and slightly forward.
- Close one nostril and place the nozzle into the other nostril.
- Aim the nozzle slightly outward, away from the nasal septum.
- Spray while gently breathing in through the nose.
- Repeat in the other nostril if prescribed.
- Wipe the nozzle clean after use.
Do not share the nasal spray with another person.
How FLUTIWAYS OX NASAL SPRAY 70 MDI works
Fluticasone Furoate is a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, swelling, irritation and excess mucus production in the nasal passages.
Oxymetazoline is a nasal decongestant that constricts swollen blood vessels in the nasal lining, helping reduce nasal swelling and open the blocked nasal passages.
Together, they provide anti-inflammatory and decongestant effects.
If you miss a dose
Use the missed dose when you remember unless it is nearly time for your next scheduled dose. If it is close to the next dose, skip the missed dose.
Do not use extra sprays to compensate for a missed dose.
Safety advice
- Use only as prescribed by your doctor.
- Do not use for longer than recommended because prolonged use of oxymetazoline can cause rebound nasal congestion.
- Avoid spraying directly onto the nasal septum because this may increase the risk of irritation or nosebleeds.
- Inform your doctor if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, glaucoma, diabetes or thyroid disease.
- Tell your doctor if you have recently undergone nasal surgery or have a nasal injury that has not healed.
- Inform your doctor about all medicines you take, particularly MAO inhibitors and other steroid medicines.
- Avoid contact with the eyes.
- Do not share the bottle.
- Keep out of reach of children.
