These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MedXpert Pharmacy website, WhatsApp ordering service, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated from Scheme No. 54, Vijay Nagar, Indore, MP – 452010, India. By placing an order or using our Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who Can Use This Service
You must be at least 18 years old, or ordering under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address, contact number, and any prescription details you provide.
2. Prescription Medicines
Prescription (Schedule H/H1/X) medicines will only be dispensed against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. By uploading a prescription, you confirm it is genuine, current, and prescribed for you or the person you are ordering for. We reserve the right to refuse any order where a valid prescription cannot be verified, or where dispensing would violate applicable pharmacy regulations.
3. Product Information & Availability
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. Stock availability, pricing, and delivery timelines shown at the time of confirmation are what apply to your order — we will inform you via WhatsApp of any changes (e.g. an item going out of stock) before dispatch.
4. Orders & Payment
- Orders can be placed via our website or WhatsApp (+91-7822935371)
- Payments are accepted via UPI, cards, and net banking (processed securely through Razorpay), or cash/UPI on delivery for eligible orders
- An order is confirmed only after we verify stock, price, and (where applicable) prescription validity
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity — in which case any payment already made will be refunded in full
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines (45 minutes in Indore, 3-7 business days across India, 7-15 business days internationally) are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by factors outside our control. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please note that dispensed prescription medicines cannot be returned for safety reasons.
7. NRI Parent Care Subscriptions
NRI Parent Care is a recurring monthly subscription service. Subscribers can cancel future billing cycles at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp; charges already processed for the current cycle are non-refundable once service delivery (e.g. medicine delivery or a scheduled health checkup) has begun for that cycle.
8. Medical Disclaimer
Information on this website is provided for general awareness only and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified doctor or pharmacist before starting, stopping, or changing any medication. In a medical emergency, contact your nearest hospital or emergency services immediately.
9. Limitation of Liability
MedXpert Pharmacy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from delivery delays, product unavailability, or misuse of medicines contrary to prescribed instructions. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
