1. Indore Local Delivery
- Delivery time: Approximately 45 minutes (20-45 minutes depending on your area within Indore)
- Availability: 24x7, 365 days a year — including nights, holidays, and emergencies
- Coverage: Vijay Nagar, Scheme 54, Palasia, AB Road, Rajwada, Bhanwarkuan, LIG Colony, and surrounding areas
- Free delivery: On orders above ₹3,000. A flat delivery charge of ₹50 applies below that
2. All-India Express Courier
For customers outside Indore, we ship via trusted courier partners (Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, FedEx, India Post):

Courier charges depend on order weight and destination and are shown at checkout before payment.
3. International Shipping
We ship genuine Indian-manufactured medicines internationally to the USA, UK, UAE (Dubai), Canada, Australia, and 15+ other countries — primarily to support NRI families and our NRI Parent Care subscribers. International delivery timelines vary by destination and customs processing (typically 7-15 business days) and will be confirmed with you on WhatsApp before dispatch. Import duties or customs charges, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we share tracking updates directly on WhatsApp. For local Indore deliveries, our delivery partner will call you shortly before arrival.
5. Delays
While we aim to meet every delivery estimate, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, courier network issues, incomplete address details, or circumstances beyond our control. We will proactively inform you via WhatsApp if a delay is expected.
