- It may generally be taken with or without food.

How Does Tapal ER 100 Work?
Tapal ER 100 contains Tapentadol, which has a dual mechanism of action.
Tapentadol activates mu-opioid receptors in the central nervous system, reducing the perception and transmission of pain. It also inhibits norepinephrine reuptake, strengthening descending pain-inhibitory pathways.
The extended-release formulation releases the medicine gradually to provide longer-lasting pain control.
