How to use ZOLFRESH 5MG TAB (1X15)
Take Zolfresh 5 mg exactly as prescribed by your doctor. It should generally be taken once immediately before bedtime , when you have at least 7–8 hours available for sleep .
Swallow the tablet with water. It is generally recommended on an empty stomach because food may delay its effect.
Do not take another dose during the same night and do not exceed the prescribed dose.
How ZOLFRESH 5MG TAB (1X15) works
Zolpidem enhances the activity of GABA , a natural chemical messenger in the brain that reduces excessive nerve activity. This produces a calming and sleep-inducing effect, helping you fall asleep.
If you miss a dose
Zolfresh is normally taken at bedtime. If you miss your bedtime dose and there is not enough time left for 7–8 hours of sleep, skip the missed dose. Do not take a double dose.
